Remember, remember the 5th of November,
When aliens eat Brussels sprouts.
Sulphurous stinky, through sky black and inky,
To sounds of ‘oo ah!’ and big shouts,
Fireworks streak with a bang and a shriek
And land near the earth, thereabouts.
Whizzes and fizzes and pops fill the night;
They’re setting the aliens’ gases alight!
Look how they dazzle, they dash and they dart,
And each of them only an alien’s fart.
