No jumping on the bed, you said.

But what about diving and dancing and hopping

And jigging and jiving and leaping and flopping

And vaulting and bolting? Come on, there’s no stopping!

Bopping and bouncing and bounding and bumping

And springing and soaring and thudding and thumping.

All that you said, on the bed, was no jumping!

Yes those are the words, I am sure, that were spoken.

So don’t you blame us that the bed’s somehow broken.
